Klaus studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre in Erlangen\/N\u00fcrnberg und arbeitete \u00fcber 20 Jahre bei einem gro\u00dfen Marktforschungsinstitut (GfK) im Bereich Handelspanelforschung. Im Anschluss war er 2 Jahre als Key Account Manager bei einem Medizintechnikunternehmen t\u00e4tig.
